Hello all -

I picked up this no name lure. I haven't seen anything like it in any book. Folk lure? Has a lot of brass and the use of GE makes me think not. Interesting hook set up. Any help greatly appreciated.

Looks like a crackleback Heddon Zaragossa with the side staples and brass belly plate added by a creative fisherman.

Looks pretty cool but not factory.

Hi Mike,

I saw the auction for this lure on another site. I think you have exactly what the seller states it is; a former 5 hook minnow cobbled into folk art. Definitely not a factory lure.
