The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club (NFLCC) is a non-profit, educational, international organization founded in 1976. Can't figure out looking at Lucky's book but hook attaches different than book says Heddon Dowagiac type 2 looks. It is overall 5 1/8 in body is 3 3/4 in with 6 hooks not sure of color.
